A really lovely and exciting holiday home for the modern family, located on a natural plot just 175 meters from Balka's lovely and child-friendly sandy beach.

The house has open-plan design up to the roof, which combined with large windows creates a spacious and very bright atmosphere. In the house's large living room you can relax nicely while watching television, listening to music and in winter enjoying the warmth and cozy atmosphere from the wood-burning stove. In the open, well-equipped kitchen it is a pleasure to prepare delicious holiday meals.

From the living room there is a staircase up to a large loft, where you can sprawl out in bean bags while watching TV (equipped with both Chromecast and Apple TV). There are also two sleeping places here. The bathroom has underfloor heating as well as a washing machine/tumble dryer.

The house also impresses on the outside. There is a lovely, partially covered wooden terrace available, which is equipped with various garden furniture and a grill, so you can end one or more beautiful holiday days with a cozy grilling evening. The house is located on an enclosed, sandy plot that gives the feeling of being on the beach, and which allows children to play with sand. There is also a cozy bonfire spot and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off.

There is only a very short walk to the popular Balka Beach, where you can spend hours swimming and sunbathing, and you live close to restaurants, kiosks, shopping facilities etc. The house is located between charming Snogebæk and Nexø - both with good dining options, fine shopping facilities and sweet shops, where you can among other things buy the unique ceramics and glass art that the island is known for. Four bicycles are available for short excursions.

All in all a lovely and modern holiday home that radiates a genuine summer holiday atmosphere - look forward to it!
