Welcome to this fantastic summer house, which simply exudes cosiness and holiday spirit! With only 150 metres to the water, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The house offers 2 bedrooms with space for 4 people as well as a cosy alcove with the possibility of an extra bed for one child. You can enjoy the sun all day on the house's terraces, and after a day at the beach you can rinse the sand off in the house's outdoor shower, with both cold and hot water.

Right opposite the holiday home, you will find a large open area with a playground and a football goal - perfect for the children to play on!

Only 150 metres from the house, you will find a lovely peaceful sandy beach, which is only accessible to the colony's residents. The beach also has 2 new bathing piers built in 2024, which make the beach experience even better.

The summer house is insulated year-round and has a heat pump. In addition, there is underfloor heating throughout the house and additional radiators in all rooms, which makes it suitable for rental all year round. The bright kitchen-living room offers a fantastic view over the water, and you can enjoy yourself in front of the wood-burning stove on a cool evening.

On rainy days you have the opportunity to relax on the sofa in front of the house's Smart TV and lightning-fast fibre internet.

The house also has an 11 KW charger for electric cars. Remember your own TYPE2 cable.

We recommend a visit to the harbour town of Juelsminde, which is about 10 minutes' drive from the summer house. Juelsminde has a cosy marina with many restaurants, ice cream kiosk, mini golf and much more. Throughout the summer, Juelsminde offers many activities and dining options.

Experience the new Nature Playground located in Juelsminde with 8 metre high play towers placed against Odelsbjerget, a wealth of play equipment, facilities, courses and challenges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts.
The varied range of activities means there is play and challenges for hours.

If you want to go on a day trip, we recommend a visit to the cosy island of Hjarnø, which you can reach by ferry from Snaptun. If you prefer the big city, Horsens is a good option. Horsens is about 20 minutes' drive away. In Horsens there are good shopping opportunities, restaurants and attractions such as the Prison Museum.
