In Sorthat/Muleby you will find this charming timber cottage with a turf roof, built in quality wood with a focus on fine details. The holiday home has an open kitchen connected to a spacious living and dining room. Inside, the walls are finished in light wood, which creates a cosy and inviting atmosphere. Upstairs there is a large loft, perfect for play and relaxation for both children and adults.

The cottage has three bright bedrooms with high ceilings and views down towards the small stream that runs through the property and further out towards the fields to the east. The bathroom has underfloor heating for extra comfort.

The house is insulated year-round and heated with electricity and an air-to-air heat pump. On cold days you can light the wood stove for extra warmth and cosiness. Therefore, the house is suitable for rental throughout the year.

From the dining room there is direct access to the terrace, which extends along three sides of the house: facing west (partially covered), south and east. Here you can always find a good spot – whether you are looking for sun or shelter.

The large natural grounds invite exploration and have both a bonfire area by the stream and plenty of space to explore the area. Parking is on the gravel part of the property – avoid driving on the grass.

The holiday home area "Sahara" got its name because it originally lay in a dune area characterised by sand drift. Today the area is covered in forest, and a beautiful forest road leads you down to the sandy beach. On the way you pass an idyllic forest lake, hidden among the trees.
