The house is completely renovated and contains everything you could wish for a comfortable holiday. There are two large bedrooms, one of which has a Hästens bed and its own bathroom with bathtub and sea view. In addition, there are two smaller bedrooms with two single beds and one single bed respectively. The house has a total of 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen with two ovens, living room, sitting room with sofa bed for two people, dining room and garage/study.

Outdoors you will find a closed courtyard garden, terrace with many seating and sunbathing areas, four sun loungers and a balcony. The house is equipped with a wood-burning stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and cross trainer.

Directly opposite is a fantastic indoor pool area with hot tub, sauna and fitness facilities. In addition, there are cliffs, bathing areas and forest trails nearby. Several charging stations for electric cars can be found on the other side of the road.

The property is located on the last stretch of mainland before the island of Smögen.

Rented for a minimum of one week during high season. For longer stays, the price can be negotiated.
