A truly cozy low-energy house with low operating costs on Denmark's beautiful northern tip. The holiday home has a magnificent panoramic view over the Kattegat. Here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the changing colours of sea and meadow, delight in bird and animal life, take a swim and afterwards enjoy a visit to the sauna. Outdoors there is the opportunity to create screens and make several cosy corners. The annex is connected to the house and can be fully integrated with two sliding doors, so you don't have to go outside to get to the "main house". The surroundings are diverse with meadows, heath, bog, forest and beach. Along the coast with grassland and wild roses there are beautiful small pockets with sandy beach where you can enjoy the sun and bathe. At Hevring Å you may be lucky enough to see otters. For the active there are plenty of opportunities to cycle, run, surf, fish and kayak. There is also the opportunity to de-stress and enjoy the peace, the view and the harmony of unspoiled nature or take a trip to some of Djursland's many activities for both adults and children. Note that the lawn extends all the way down to the coastline and beach. The water has a sandy bottom.
