Welcome to the house "Sjömagasinet". A lovely and spacious house with room for larger groups, as there are as many as 13 comfortable sleeping places (of which 3 are best suited for children and young people). The house is located in an exceptionally beautiful area of Småland.

You live almost on the beach, and only 100 metres from the house there is the opportunity for boat trips (boat can be rented), swimming and fishing (fishing permit required). On quiet evenings the sunset colours the sky and the lake in beautiful shades.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a view over the lake, dining table, sofa arrangement and access to the water. The lovely bedroom has a terrace door, lake view and space for a cot if needed. Next to it is a large bathroom with shower and its own access to the terrace.

On the first floor there are three family rooms with sloping walls and individual furnishings. Eastern Lake Suite has a double bed, a full-size bunk bed and a smaller cot. Western Lake Suite has a double bed and an older, slightly shorter bed with high gables. There is also room for a smaller cot if needed. Both rooms have a French balcony with a view over the lake.

The third family room, "Starry Sky", has skylights and a direct view of the stars from the double bed. Therefore blackout is not possible. The room has three full-size beds and an extra bed hidden behind beautiful folk-style doors. On this floor there is also a lounge and a bathroom with shower.

Towels can be rented for 150 SEK per person.

Sjömagasinet also includes a large garage/boat hall and storage room.

The owner does not wish to rent to party groups or similar events.

A simple forest beach is just 100 metres away along the newly laid path. Here you will find seating areas, a barbecue area and a shelter where the adventurous can stay overnight. If interested, sleeping bag and sleeping mat should be brought, as bed linen must not be taken from Sjömagasinet.

Five other bathing places can be reached in 10-15 minutes' drive.

Hagablänket, as the area is called, is an oasis and an ideal place to experience the Småland nature at its best.

If you wish to go on excursions, there are many exciting experiences in the local area, which the owner is happy to tell you about. If you want to go a bit further afield, Sjömagasinet is perfectly located for visits to Astrid Lindgren's World, the Kingdom of Crystal, High Chaparral, Kalmar Castle, Öland, Växjö, Jönköping and Målilla Elk Park.
