On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed. Up here there is also a single bed and a sofa bed for two people in the hallway. There is a toilet on the first floor and a bathroom with toilet and shower in the ground floor.
The house is located next to the owner's own house. The owner has been renting out for many years and understands that some guests prefer "privacy" during their holiday, while others are more outgoing and like to chat and learn more about the area. Regardless of what type of guests you are, you are warmly welcome in this holiday home.
On the ground floor there is a large open kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster etc. The living room is large, and there is a TV with satellite receiver (German channels). There is a DVD and a radio with Swedish local news or perhaps some background music. There is also a large, open fireplace.
In the bathroom there is, in addition to toilet and shower, also a sauna.
It is possible to add a final cleaning with the owner on site. Price SEK 1.000.
Outside there is a lovely garden and a terrace with lake views. 200 metres from the house is the lake Kösen, where you can swim or go fishing (good opportunities to catch pike-perch in the lake). Lake Kösen is 7 km long and up to 22 metres deep. The large lake Bolmen is only 3 km away in a westerly direction, so you will be staying right between two fine lakes. Do not hesitate to ask the owner to show you his own "museum", which is located on the property. If you want to visit a "small big city", you can quickly drive to the charming town of Ljungby (15 km), where you will be able to find most of what you are looking for.
