The living room is open and practically furnished with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, so there is comfort all year round. Internet provides the opportunity for streaming or work, if necessary. Here it is easy to find peace.

The garden is enclosed and spacious with room for play, relaxation and outdoor life. There is a bonfire site, which creates cozy evenings with fire and togetherness. A good setting for outdoor life both summer and autumn.

The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The water is shallow and inviting, and the beach is perfect for both bathing, walks and activities at the water's edge. Here children can play freely, and adults can enjoy the silence of nature.

The area around the house offers open vistas, small paths and plenty of space. It is ideal for hiking and cycling along coast and countryside, or for trips around Langeland, where the landscape changes between forest, beach and hills.

The local area offers farm shops, small restaurants and experiences such as Tranekær Castle and Langeland craftspeople. There are also good opportunities for fishing, kayaking or visiting cozy harbour environments.
