This charming town house is located in the idyllic fishing village of Strandby approximately 10 km north of Frederikshavn and approximately 35 km south of Skagen.

In Strandby you will find several restaurants which also offer take-away, if you prefer to eat at home. Not surprisingly, the specialities are especially fish dishes, as a fish auction is held every morning, which guarantees fresh fish at the local establishments. If you are more adventurous you can buy fresh fish from the local fish houses.

Within walking distance of the property you will find 2 fine sandy beaches. Nordre strand which has a blue flag and toilet facilities, and the more private and less busy Søndre strand, which is also perfect for long walks.

A short drive or 7 minutes by train, and you are in Frederikshavn with an abundance of shopping and dining options. 30 minutes by car or train, and you are in Skagen with everything this town has to offer.

The house is a nice town house from the 1950s with 2 bedrooms, a large and very bright living room with dining space for a minimum of 6 people. There is a sofa bed and an additional room in the basement where there are a further 2 beds. A nice bathroom with shower, and a well-equipped kitchen.

A terrace with access from the living room gets the morning sun, and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Behind the house is a small private garden with a covered area which gets the afternoon and evening sun. Perfect for enjoying something cold after a day at the beach.
