House layoutLovely stone house offering 3 fine bedrooms (1DS, 2S, 1K), where 2 of the rooms have linoleum flooring and the last one has carpet. The living room and kitchen are combined into a large kitchen/living area, where the whole family can gather together. The living room gets plenty of light from the large windows, from which you have a view of the garden. The sofa corner is furnished with leather furniture, television with Danish and German channels and radio. There is also free internet. The living room has linoleum flooring and there is both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, which contribute to energy-saving heating of the house. In front of the wood-burning stove there are also two armchairs, so there is an opportunity to enjoy the warmth while reading a book. The kitchen corner is well equipped with everything you need: Electric ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen corner is the dining table with seating for 6 persons. From the kitchen there is access to a cosy furnished outdoor room also with large windows to the garden. From one of the bedrooms there is access to the house's large bathroom with toilet, sink and shower with skylight window, washing machine and tiled floor. In addition, there is a guest toilet in the entrance with toilet and sink. Non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed.

House surroundingsThe house is located on a 771 m2 plot with driveway, where the car can be parked close to the front door and furthermore there is a large lawn around the house. From the outdoor room there is access to a covered terrace. Here there is a grill, garden furniture and sun loungers, which can be moved as needed. The terrace can also be screened with a retractable screen, so you can sit sheltered from wind and strong sun. So there is an opportunity to sit outside in all kinds of weather.

The areaThe house is located in the beautiful area of Toftum Bjerge and is a few hundred metres' walk from the Limfjord. Toftum Bjerge is really a fantastic area, both if you are into an active holiday, but also if you need a break from a busy everyday life and just want to enjoy nature. There is plenty of opportunity to put on your hiking boots by taking a walk along the up to 40 metre high coastal cliff, which forms a viewpoint to Thyborøn, Thy, Thyholm and Oddesund. If you go down to the beach at the Limfjord's calm waters, you can watch the paragliders who are out flying from the cliff or the surfers in the water. If you are a water enthusiast, you can try surfing yourself or just take a swim. A few hundred metres from the house is Humlum golf course. If you are into golf, it is ideal for those who want to enjoy a good round of golf in beautiful natural surroundings. Furthermore, there are also various cycling routes to try, where you can get around the area. A few minutes' drive away, you reach the small cosy town of Struer. Here you can shop in the local shops and also experience the B&O Museum.
