This lovely holiday home is on two floors and offers a wonderful combination of comfort and beautiful natural surroundings. Enjoy life in the outdoor room, which is pleasant to sit in if the weather is on the wet side. The bright and airy outdoor room (with the original old hand water pump installed between 1880 & 1910 and used until between 1930 & 1940 - does not work today) creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a good book. If the weather permits, you can also enjoy the morning and evening sun on the newly built terrace with a view of the forest, where you can also spot some of the forest's animals - early in the morning "Bambi" (fallow deer) and friends often greet you with pride and calm.

The open kitchen is modern and practically furnished with all necessary equipment for easy and delicious holiday cooking. Whether you prefer to cook indoors or outdoors, there is plenty of opportunity for both. The holiday home has a large grill and nice garden furniture, ideal for cosy grilling evenings under the open sky.

The house is equipped with a spacious bathroom and an extra toilet, which makes it convenient for larger groups or families. The location is something very special – you live right next to a small forest with rich wildlife and a trail system that leads directly down to the beautiful rocky coast with the rocky beach, Hammerslet, just 400 metres from the house. This is the perfect place for beautiful nature walks and relaxation by the water.

The lively town centre of Svaneke is only a short kilometre away and offers lots of exciting shops, delicious restaurants and experiences for both young and old. Visit, for example, the interesting glass blowing workshop, taste good beer, or enjoy homemade and freshly made ice cream under the almond tree in the courtyard of Mermaid Cafe. The small fishing village, Listed, is only 1.5 km away and has a cosy little harbour as well as a bakery where you can buy delicious bread and cakes directly through a window onto the street.
