This cosy, older but well-maintained holiday home of 74 m² with views of the sea and nature offers a relaxing holiday experience with space for up to six people. The house has two bedrooms, an alcove and a lovely holiday-home atmosphere – perfect for smaller groups or families. The bathroom is not luxurious, but functional. In addition, there is a 15.5 m² annex. In the annex there are four beds, two folding chairs and a small table as well as a small room for luggage. There is water at the terrace. Toilet and bathroom are in the main house down a number of steps. The annex is heated with electric radiators, but can only be rented from May to the end of October. With only 200 metres to the water you can enjoy lovely walks along the coast and the long sandy beach. From the house there is a fantastic view of both the sea and the surrounding nature. With good opportunities for fishing, swimming and kayaking, the area is ideal for those who want to enjoy the water in several ways. The beautiful natural surroundings offer opportunities for hiking and cycling. You are close to charming towns such as Assens and Fåborg, the Helnæs peninsula with protected areas and walks in Bobakkerne, as well as beautiful manor houses. In the towns you can experience old market-town environments, small shops and cosy cafés. In the town of Ebberup, 3.5 km from the house, you can buy everything in the local supermarket, just as you can charge your electric car both at the campsite 200 m from the holiday home and in Ebberup. There are several restaurants within a radius of 500 m to 8 km. The area around the holiday home is perfect for nature lovers – it is the place for an eventful holiday.
