This cosy, black-painted holiday home with white windows is only 400 metres from the water. The house has a lovely, large garden room, and there is both free internet and Chromecast.

The house was renovated in 2020 and appears bright and friendly, furnished with a lovely living room with light wooden floors and light furniture in Scandinavian style. There is a wood-burning stove, which can be used for extra warmth or simply for cosiness. TV with Chromecast and with Danish and German channels.

The bright kitchen is practically laid out and is in open connection with the living room and has direct access to the garden. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, among other things.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a 3/4 bed, as well as a lovely bathroom with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has a lovely, large garden room with many windows that almost gives the feeling of sitting outside, as well as an open but screened terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There is a lovely lawn with space for both play and relaxation. There is parking on the property.

From the nearby Sædding Beach there is a footpath for a long stretch towards Hjerting, so there are good opportunities for a run or walk along the water. You can also just sit by the water and watch the large ships sail past or enjoy the many beautiful colours of the sunset. Occasionally you can see seals in this area.

The sculpture "The Man by the Sea" is also located at Sædding Beach – four white giants gazing out over the water – erected by sculptor Svend Wiig Hansen and definitely worth seeing.

The house is 7 km from Esbjerg, Denmark's 5th largest city. The city has a very long pedestrian street with many specialist shops, if you feel like doing some shopping. It is approximately 40 km to Ribe and the popular Ribe VikingeCenter.
