The area is ideal for hiking, cycling and excursions in the open landscape.

In about 20 minutes you reach Rømø's wide sandy beaches, where there is room for long walks, swimming and kite flying. The historic town of Ribe offers cobbled streets, exciting culture and good restaurants, while the Wadden Sea offers the opportunity for seal safaris and oyster experiences. The combination of nature, beach and culture makes the area an obvious holiday destination for both young and old.
