Outside awaits a terrace and garden, where there is plenty of space for both relaxation and play. Here you can enjoy long summer evenings in peaceful surroundings. Only 300 meters from the house is the Wadden Sea, with a view of the sea especially from the 1st floor. In the area there are many opportunities to explore nature, go cycling or fishing: the West-coast route goes directly past the house. The trails in Ballum are various hiking routes with views of the marshes and the Wadden Sea. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, internet and washing machine/tumble dryer, and all kitchen equipment.
