Via the entrance stairs you come to the house's entrance with access to the living room, guest toilet and to the kitchen. The kitchen, which has a view of the Baltic Sea, is well-equipped and bright. From here there is access to the living room with a lovely large dining table, from which there is also a sea view, and a sofa arrangement with the possibility of watching TV. There is access to the 1st floor via the small entrance. On the first floor there are three bedrooms - all with double beds. The house's bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet and shower is located up here, so you don't have to go up and down the stairs at night. In the basement there is the possibility of doing laundry and subsequent drying. This house is furnished with a focus on natural light and views. All in all a really good starting point for a fantastic holiday with a view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy life outdoors The house is located on a large and cosy plot with both lawn, stone terrace and balcony facing the Baltic Sea. The large plot provides good opportunity for sun all day. From the entrance there is access to the large terrace with garden furniture, grill and sun loungers. The balcony has direct access from the living room. On the adjoining lawn you can enjoy time with the children without the risk of traffic. The car can be parked directly by the house. Get close to local experiences The house is centrally located in Tejn with sea and harbour views. In the town you will find shopping opportunities, brewery and harbour lagoon with sandy beach. The house is located right opposite the harbour, so you can enjoy the view of both those sailing in and out of the harbour. Right next to the harbour there is a bathing area with rocks, which is one of Bornholm's special characteristics. There are many green areas and the possibility of lovely forest walks in the area. Go to Døndalen and experience Denmark's largest waterfall or take a walk along the sea towards Sandkås. There are many possibilities in both Tejn and the surrounding area. On this part of the island, rocky coast is the primary feature, but in Sandkås, which is only a couple of km from Tejn, there is a lovely sandy beach. Definitely worth a visit.
