From both the house and the balcony there is a lovely view over the dune landscape towards the North Sea. **House layout** On the 1st floor there is a lovely kitchen-dining room with panoramic views over the dune landscape and the coastal protection road in front. From here there is also access to the large enclosed balcony where it is absolutely wonderful to sit when the weather permits. The kitchen is equipped with electric ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, built-in oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a separate freezer of 80 liters. In the large living room there is a dining table from which there is also a good view and a cozy sofa group with smart TV with German TV programs, radio and chromecast with access to streaming services. A wood-burning stove to ensure the right atmosphere. There is also a CD player and it is possible to watch both DR and TV2 as well as some German TV channels. On the ground floor there are all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an entrance. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The 2 remaining bedrooms have double beds. Both bathrooms have sinks, toilets and showers. There is underfloor heating on both toilets and throughout the ground floor. Furthermore, the house has a tumble dryer, washing machine and free internet access. 2 pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted. As a renter of this house you have free access to Wærket in Thyborøn. **The area** The house's grounds are located at the end of a dead-end road close to the beach and it is possible to park directly by the house. The balcony is secured by fencing and there are naturally garden furniture for all residents of the house. From the house all of Thyborøn's attractions can be reached on foot. Take a harbor walk and enjoy life at the harbor, visit the fish auction in season or try one of the North Sea's most child-friendly bathing beaches just before the North Sea becomes the Limfjord only 1500 meters from the house. The beach right up to the house is distinguished by being more suitable for recreational fishing, snorkeling and diving as well as kite flying and amber collecting.
