The house was renovated in 2006 and here there is free wireless internet and dogs are welcome. Thus there is an enclosed terrace which can be practical. **House layout** The house is on 2 floors and is bright and modern. Living room and kitchen are in the same room and here there is a pleasant wooden floor. The kitchen has a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood and fridge/freezer. The living room offers a wood pellet stove (wood pellets can be purchased at XL byg) dining table, sofa group and cosy furnishings with television where you can watch both German and Danish channels including TV2. There is also a DVD player connected. There are 3 bedrooms in the house and they are all on the 1st floor. These consist of one bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. For guests with small children there is also a high chair and a cot in the house. The house's bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with underfloor heating, toilet, sink and shower. There is also both a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom, so if you need to do laundry it is easy and straightforward. In the stairwell to the first floor there is a small sitting room with children's chairs and a table in children's size. Here the little ones can have fun. There is also a transistor radio here. **House surroundings** From the living room there is access to the enclosed terrace which shields from the wind. There is also a garage for the house and by the garage there is a covered terrace. The terraces come with 3 sun loungers, grill and garden furniture, so there is basis for good cosy times. Not far from the house there are several shopping opportunities in the town of Thyborøn. Here you can stroll by the harbour or enjoy one of the most child-friendly bathing beaches on the west coast, which is located on the north side of the opening to the Limfjord just under 2000 metres from the house. However there is an even shorter distance to the wild North Sea if you go directly west and then you are very quickly at the beach. Here it is not particularly child-friendly, but you can certainly take a dip or build sandcastles, fly a kite. If you are into hiking the protected bird reserve is only 100 metres south of the house and here you can for example hike all the way to Harboøre across the spit. Furthermore we also recommend that you visit many of the town's attractions such as Sneglehuset, Sea War Museum, Jyllandsakvariet and Kystcenteret.
