The house is on 3 floors and has room for up to 7 people and is centrally located in Thyborøn close to the harbour with its lively atmosphere and only 200 metres from the sea. From the 2nd floor you can enjoy the view over the dunes with the North Sea in the background.

The house layout
122 m2 year-round house with district heating, free internet access and 65 m2 basement. A functional entrance welcomes you and leads you to the different floors of the house. On the ground floor are the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Living room with leather furniture, Smart TV, streaming, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels and access to a lovely terrace at the same level with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and grill. The terrace and small garden with pavilion face east/south sheltered from the westerly wind. Stairs to the first floor with spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink and 2 large bedrooms (1DS) (1 three-quarter and 1ES). The stairs continue to the 2nd floor, where there is a combined living room and bedroom (1DS) and a beautiful view of the sea and dunes at the North Sea. Entrance with stairs to basement with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and opportunity to store fishing gear and surfing equipment. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The area
The house's 300 m2 plot is directly adjacent to the dunes at the North Sea and the harbour. Regardless of season, the North Sea with its raw nature welcomes you and the sea's colours, the sky's light and the long coastline are always ready for a walk and the hunt for amber. From the holiday home you can easily reach all the exciting attractions and shopping opportunities in Thyborøn on foot. The harbour has cosy fish restaurants and here you can also visit the fish auction in season or take a walk down Bredgade, which may be Denmark's smallest shopping street. The North Sea meets the Limfjord just 200 metres from the house and with its north-facing beach, it is one of the North Sea's most child-friendly beaches. The beach at the house is ideal for recreational fishing, snorkelling, diving, kite flying and surfing and Thyborøn also has its own Surf Centre. Bunkers along the coast can be explored and nearby is a large bird reserve where you can experience nature all year round. The Amber House and the Snail House are 2 landmarks in Thyborøn, which in their own ways tell the story of this small town at the far west. Sea War Museum and Jylland Aquarium are beautifully situated behind the dunes and Maxitur offers the opportunity for a different guided tour of Thyborøn by moped. Thyborøn is centrally located for many of the West Coast's attractions and a cosy ferry route takes you to Agger, with Michelin restaurant and on to Thy with National Park.
