The beautiful and well-appointed kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, small freezer, convection oven and cooker with ceramic hob. In the large and spacious dining/living room, from which there is direct access to the covered part of the terrace area, you will find a wood-burning stove, DVD player, video and stereo system with CD player. An energy-saving air-water heat pump has been installed for the swimming pool as well as an air-air heat pump for the swimming pool section and the rest of the house. The house's sleeping places are distributed across four good bedrooms with double beds as well as two sleeping places with foam mattresses on the house's loft. The loft is suitable for children.
