Welcome to our charming holiday home, located in beautiful natural surroundings by Asserbo plantation and Arresø. Here you have a unique opportunity to enjoy nature up close, with the peace of the forest and the beauty of the lake right at hand.

The holiday home, built in 2022, is situated on a lovely natural plot, surrounded by greenery and with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The natural plot offers both a bonfire area where you can gather in the evening and roast marshmallows, a hammock for relaxation in the shade of the trees, and a grill that invites outdoor cooking and cosy dinners in the open air.
Here you can truly escape the stress and rush of everyday life and find peace in nature. Close by is Arresø where you can enjoy the sunrise and plenty of birdlife.

The heart of the house is the large bright kitchen-living room, where there is plenty of space for socialising and cosiness. It is furnished with a dining area, sofa and wood-burning stove. The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Here you will find an induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee station and dishwasher, which make both cooking and cleaning easy and convenient.

In addition, the house has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. One with a pull-out bed with good mattresses, which can either be used as is or converted into another double bed.
If you have overnight guests, there is room for another 2 sleeping places on the sofa in the living room.
There are duvets, pillows and plenty of linens for 6 people in the house.
The house is characterised by large windows, skylights and all rooms have direct access to the garden.

Furthermore, the house has a bright entrance with good space for outerwear and shoes, as well as a cosy bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and electric floor heating. The entire house is heated with an air-to-air heat pump and is well insulated.

Morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sun on the east side of the house and lunch/afternoon can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. Evenings can be spent in front of the wood-burning stove or by stepping directly out onto the open terrace, where with a glass of wine in hand and food on the grill you can enjoy the evening sun.

There is fast wifi internet and TV with Chromecast so you can keep up with your favourite series.

The area offers a wealth of activities for both nature lovers and adventure seekers. Take relaxing walks in the beautiful forest, explore the exciting mountain bike trails, hiking routes or enjoy a day at the beach in e.g. Liseleje. Tisvilde Leje is on the other side of a lovely walk or bike ride through the forest. There is something for everyone!
There are plenty of cultural attractions and experiences within a short distance. The local area offers local farm shops with fresh products such as eggs and seasonal vegetables, but also with the opportunity to visit cafes and ice cream parlours as well as attractive farm and flea markets. In addition, there are also a wealth of cultural experiences ranging from museums, burial mounds and farm visits where you can pet a cow.
