The other annex can be very cold in winter and difficult to heat. But it is fantastic during the summer season. This unobstructed holiday home is surrounded by a lovely garden and a large, beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy cosy barbecue evenings and relaxing moments. The terrace also offers plenty of space for children, who can run freely and play badminton right outside the door. There is plenty of room to move around in. 1600 sqm plot. Which could possibly be used for a pleasant game of croquet. A pleasant excursion destination could be Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the holiday home.

Indoors you will find a small bedroom with a comfortable smaller double bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The living room is the heart of the house with a cosy sofa corner, with 2 sofas that can be pulled out into beds, dining table, a large TV with wifi access and an atmospheric wood-burning stove, which you can light on cool evenings. The bathroom is decorated in retro 1970s style with a shower and a practical washing machine.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils, so you can prepare delicious meals without difficulty. The annex near the main house offers a single bed, perfect for guests or as a peaceful workspace. There is functioning wifi.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area with few permanent neighbours, who are all friendly and welcoming. If you are lucky, you may spot deer walking around the area. On the plot there is the opportunity to play badminton with included rackets and net, and for the little football enthusiasts there is a football goal and a ball available.
