COSY HOLIDAY HOME WITH LARGE SWIMMING POOL. On the 1st floor where there are sloped ceilings, there is a cosy living room / kitchen in open plan, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. ( 160x200 cm ) On the ground floor : a pool section with a large heated pool ( 8 x 4 x 1.5 m ), a small bathroom, sauna, and hot tub, the pool is always 27.5– 28 degrees, and can be heated extra, upon request to the house owner. Furthermore on the ground floor : entrance, bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, a bedroom with a double bed ( 140x200 cm ), as well as a bedroom with a double bed ( 160x200 cm ) and a single bed. ( 75x 200 cm ) There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house, as well as TV in 2 rooms In the garden there is plenty of space for the children, and from there there is access to the outdoor room For the children there is a high chair, cot, sandbox, slides, climbing frame, swings, playhouse, trampoline and lots of toys, as well as games. If you wish to rent bed linen and towels, this must be notified to the house owner no later than the day before arrival. Please note that the house is on 2 floors. A cosy house which is located in a quiet and child-friendly area and which is a good holiday destination all year round. In 2023 a Type II charging station for electric cars was installed on the private parking lot. NOTE : THE HOUSE IS NOT RENTED OUT FOR PARTIES, MINI FESTIVALS, YOUTH GROUPS OR SIMILAR AND NOISE IN THE FORM OF LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ACCEPTED. NOTE : Bed linen must be brought, bed linen can be rented from the house owner.
