Our family-friendly summer house is located in a peaceful and attractive area by Udsholt Strand, just 400 metres from a lovely sandy beach with a bathing jetty and clear water. Here you can enjoy peace, nature and proximity to both forest, water and charming towns – regardless of the season. 🏡 The house was built in 1998 and comprises 80 m² distributed across 3 bedrooms, open kitchen/living room, bathroom and two beautiful terraces. It sits on a 1,400 m² plot with plenty of space for play, cosiness and relaxation. In the early morning hours you can often spot deer and hares on the lawn. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Space for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults + 2 children) Perfect for a family – or a couple who want a bit of extra space and comfort in peaceful surroundings. 🛌 Sleeping arrangements: - Large bedroom with double bed - 2 rooms each with a single and a half bed 🛋️ Living room and kitchen Open and cosy layout with solid beech furniture, wood-burning stove and good atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, both filter and espresso coffee machine, toaster and all pots and kitchen utensils. 📶 Fast internet, air conditioning and comfort: The house has lightning-fast internet with a full 1000 Mbit connection – perfect for streaming, working from home or gaming. There is air conditioning, which makes it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round – both on warm summer days and cold winter evenings. In addition: TV, internet radio with Spotify Connect and washing machine. Bathroom with shower cubicle, underfloor heating and washing machine. 🌞 Terraces and outdoor living: - Morning coffee on the east terrace with garden furniture - Evening sun on the southwest terrace with large table, grill and parasol - The house sits high on the plot with lovely light and a view of the sunset 🌊 The beach: Just 400 metres to a child-friendly beach with bathing jetty and clear, shallow water.
