This activity holiday home of 40 m² is furnished for two families or friends who want to holiday together with the opportunity for both community and privacy. The property is located at the attractive Følle Strand and consists of two separate, renovated houses on the same grounds.

No parties with loud music are permitted out of consideration and respect for our dear neighbours, and the property is not rented to youth groups.

In total there are 4 bedrooms and up to 10 sleeping places, plus a travel cot for small children. The furnishings provide flexibility for both families and groups of friends who want space to be together – and the opportunity to retreat.

House 1 has 4 sleeping places distributed across two rooms. One room has a bed of 140x200 cm, and the other has two single beds. The house also has a bathroom with a bathtub.

House 2 / annex has 6 sleeping places. Here there are two rooms with beds of 140x200 cm as well as a living room with a double sofa bed. The annex also has its own bathroom, which provides extra comfort during your stay.

In addition, there is a 40 m² activity room with, among other things, air hockey and darts. Here both children and adults can gather for games and cosy hours regardless of the weather.

Outdoors await large, sunny terraces, where meals and relaxation can be enjoyed in the open air. There is also a short distance to golf and padel courts, if the holiday is to be combined with activity.

There is approximately 300 metres to the water, and Følle Strand is known for its lovely bathing beach. Here the day can begin with a trip to the beach or a walk to the local ice cream shop by the water.

The area offers many experiences for the whole family. Within a short drive are Djurs Sommerland (approx. 25 min.), Ree Park Safari (approx. 20 min.) and Aarhus (approx. 30 min.). In addition, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, Kattegatcentret and Randers Rainforest are popular excursion destinations.
