A spacious and charming holiday home in Vester Husby with a lovely indoor swimming pool of 20 m², a 4-person hot tub and sauna. This cosy pool house is ideal for the family who wants a relaxing holiday close to the sea and beach, in quiet surroundings with a focus on wellbeing, play and togetherness. The house is bright and inviting and is situated on a large plot of land with grass, where there is plenty of space for both ball games and play.

The holiday home sleeps 8 adults plus one child under 3 years old. The property is 175 m² and was built in 1995, with a major renovation carried out in 2020. You are allowed to bring up to 2 dogs. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a freezer with a capacity of 80 litres and a cosy wood-burning stove. For the youngest guests there is a high chair.

The plot on which the holiday home is situated is 5000 m² and consists of natural ground, and the distance to the beach is only 2500 metres. The nearest shopping facilities are approximately 2 km away, and the golf course is around 17 km from the house. The house includes a terrace of 30 m², as well as a swing and parking space.

The swimming pool area is equipped with underfloor heating and invites both play and relaxation. There are four bedrooms with different bed types: two double beds, two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as a cot.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, four ceramic hob plates, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house also contains two bathrooms with shower cubicles and toilets, both of which have underfloor heating. The sauna is the perfect place to relax after a day out.

There is also an indoor hot tub with space for four people. For entertainment there is a TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The TV package contains at least four Danish and four German channels. In addition, wireless internet is available.
