This thatched pool house on a large and secluded plot in Husby is ideal for an entertaining and relaxing holiday by the North Sea, for up to 13 people. The house offers an impressive pool section with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, as well as an open living area with wood-burning stove and table football pool table table tennis. The garden is equipped with a swing and sandbox, and there is Chromecast in the house so you can stream your favourite programmes and films. There is also a charging point for electric cars.

With its 225 square metres at Græmvej 73, there is plenty of space for the whole family, including up to three dogs. The house is filled with facilities that guarantee entertainment for everyone, both those who want to relax and those who prefer to be active.

The pool section is one of the holiday home's highlights. You can swim in the 30 square metre pool with counter-current system, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the warmth in the sauna. The pool area has access to a bathroom, and there is an additional newly renovated bathroom in the house.

The interior from 2023 is bright and inviting, with wooden ceilings that create a pleasant sound level, and large windows that provide plenty of natural light and views of the green nature. The open living area is the heart of the home, where the family can gather for meals and cosy evenings. There is a wood-burning stove for extra cosiness and the opportunity for a game of table football.

The sleeping areas are distributed across five bedrooms – four with double beds and one with bunk beds. The loft, which is especially suitable for children, has three additional sleeping places and is furnished as a "playroom" with TV, PlayStation and sofa. An air-to-air heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate, and there is also a wine cooler as an extra luxury.

The house is located on a 5.000 square metre plot, surrounded by tall spruce trees and dense bushes, which ensures privacy. The new, large terrace from 2023 is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill, trampoline and wild bath perfect for enjoying your holiday days outdoors.

Both children and dogs will love the large garden, which invites play and ball games. For the youngest there is a sandbox, swing set and a playground with climbing frame. There is also a shelter on the plot where you can get a closer nature experience while preparing dinner on the grill.
