Welcome to this exclusive holiday home of high quality, which is something truly special. Here you will also find a lovely hot tub.
The holiday home is located far out in the Stockholm archipelago on Svartsö (Alsvik Bridge), which you reach by ferry with Waxholmsbolaget (for a fee) from central Stockholm or at certain times from Värmdö.
The car is parked at the harbour (for a fee), and when you arrive at Svartsö, it is only approximately 150 metres' walk to this beautiful and well-maintained holiday home. The ferry journey from Stockholm takes almost 2 hours, but is a scenic experience in itself.
Upon arrival you will be met by an inviting and comfortable villa with a bedroom with a double bed and a room with bunk beds. The last two sleeping places are found in a sofa bed in the living room. From the house there is a sea view, and only approximately 125 metres away you can settle down by the water's edge with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the surroundings. There are also good opportunities for fishing, and recreational fishing with rod and line is free for everyone.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room has good seating as well as a wood-burning stove. The bathroom offers a relaxing hot tub, perfect after a day in nature. In addition, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On Svartsö you will find beautiful nature, good walking trails, a historic steamship pier and a well-stocked general store.
