This super charming and rustic villa has a truly unique location. Here you get your own beach, private dock for swimming, fishing and boat, as well as a partially natural plot with forest and berry bushes. The house is located in the quiet and green area Norrnäs on Värmdö close to Rindö and Vaxholm.
You are only about 45 minutes' drive from Stockholm or around 1 hour and 10 minutes by public transport. Perfect for those who want peace and quiet while having easy access to the city's experiences.
The house was built in the 1920s, a period when some of Sweden's most beautiful villas were constructed. Since then it has been owned by the same family and is now in the fourth generation.
In 2020 the house underwent a comprehensive renovation with great respect for tradition and the environment. The interior is naturally rustic with antique vintage furniture that bears a beautiful patina. Several of the pieces of furniture have been in the house since its construction in 1927.
The open floor plan creates a cosy and natural setting for gatherings both indoors and outdoors.
In the morning the house lies pleasantly in the shade, while the afternoon sun fills both the house and the grounds with light. The large plot contains its own small forest with berries and mushrooms. Along the water you can follow ferries and ships heading to and from Stockholm, Turku, Helsinki and Tallinn.
The grounds are virtually mosquito-free.
Please note that the price applies for up to five guests. There is the possibility of accommodating an additional four persons on mattresses for a supplement of 300 SEK per person per night, which is paid directly to the owner.
Upon arrival, bed linen, towels, bath items, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, washing detergent and toilet paper are included. Here you simply move in, do your shopping and enjoy your holiday.
