--- SUNSET SUMMER HOUSE --- A 'real' summer house. It is an often-used label for the yellow (ed. now, brown!) summer house at Bro Strand. For no, the house from 1971 is not new, smart and modern. But the 71 m2 are nicely maintained, in a cosy and classic style, and of course with the world's best Morsø wood-burning stove. The layout for a maximum of 8 people is good, and with 3 cosy bedrooms there is often room for a couple of families under the same roof. Sleeping places: 1x double bed (2), 1x family bunk bed (3 - under facilities this is registered as a bunk bed and 1 single bed), 1x single bed (1) 1x bunk bed (2)). The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with underfloor heating, shower and towel rail. Nice and well-functioning kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven etc. In the living room there is a dining area, sofa group and TV with chromecast. Of course there is wifi in the house too. The outdoor area offers wooden terraces facing southeast and southwest. On the main terrace facing southwest there is a fine view over Båring Vig - the Little Belt bridge and Fredericia can also be seen on a clear day, in the distance. The large grounds border on a meadow area, where a small path leads down to the water, a 'walk' that takes about 1 minute. Yet another small terrace is found behind the pavilion at the bottom of the garden. From here some of Denmark's most beautiful sunsets are enjoyed! A walk along the coast past Skt. Knudsborg (and further towards Bro or Bogense?) is to be recommended, and the walk the opposite way to the ice cream shop via pleasant trail systems is always a winner. Football pitch, petanque courts, beach volleyball and playgrounds are within 200 m of the house. Many board games for free and responsible use are found in the house. Not rented to youth groups.
