The open kitchen has a dishwasher, a large combined fridge/freezer, a convection oven and a cooker with induction hob.
There is a cosy wood-burning stove in the living room, and a lovely alcove.
Overnight accommodation includes two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds, ideal for families or friends on a trip.
The bathroom has a lovely relaxing large hot tub which can be recommended. Or you can use the shower niche. There is also a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is heated with a heat pump and has solar panels.
There is a short walking distance to both supermarkets and farm shops.

This fine Kalmar holiday home is located in a scenic and undulating quiet area, where there is only a short walk to the protected nature reserve Heatherhill. From here you can also swim.

The holiday home is not rented to youth groups.
