Welcome to a charming older holiday home that exudes cosiness and comfort. It sleeps 5 people, making it ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing weekend with friends. The holiday home has a lovely open kitchen with, among other things, a small practical dishwasher from 2026. The kitchen is connected to the dining area and a cosy living room. In the living room you will find a wood-burning stove, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a sleeping place. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and lovely underfloor heating for extra comfort. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, which provides flexible sleeping arrangements. There is separate underfloor heating in both bedrooms.

Outdoors
The holiday home is situated on a small but beautiful natural plot close to the child-friendly beach in Vemmingbund. The garden is a small oasis of biodiversity, where emphasis has been placed on preserving and highlighting the various plants. Inside the holiday home you will find information and stories about the garden's plants and their significance. The garden also offers an old garden pavilion and a lovely covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture and grill, so you can enjoy outdoor life to the full. The roof of the house was replaced in 2026.

Vemmingbund is known for its child-friendly sandy beach and offers facilities such as a kiosk, playground and restaurant, making it an ideal holiday destination for families. The area around Flensburg Fjord is rich in both historical and modern attractions. On northern Als is Universe, an exciting adventure park filled with natural phenomena and technology that fascinates both children and adults. For those interested in history, Historiecenter Dybbøl Banke is a must, where you can immerse yourself in the drama and events of the war in 1864. Sønderborg, the largest town in the area, offers a range of activities, including a visit to Sønderborg Castle, a stroll along the beautiful harbour front and shopping in the cosy pedestrian street.
