The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, which provides flexible sleeping arrangements. There is separate underfloor heating in both bedrooms.

The garden is a small oasis of biodiversity, where emphasis has been placed on preserving and highlighting the various plants.
