The house is 86 m2 and is only 10-15 minutes' walk from Vibæk Strand and shops such as NETTO and Strandvejens Konditori. You can take a walk or cycle along the nearby nature trail. It is 2-3 km to Ebeltoft itself. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen in open connection with the living room with wood-burning stove. A completely renovated bathroom with underfloor heating.
The house is well and highly positioned and from the southwest-facing part of the terrace you have a view of a small lake with rich bird life. There are also terraces all the way around the house and in connection with this there is a cosy covered area. You can therefore choose whether you want to sit in the shade or enjoy the sun all day. The entire upper part of the grounds is fenced in.
On the lower part of the grounds there is a small football pitch with 2 goals.

There is just under a km to Vibæk Strand and a bit further to Ebeltoft, which is one of Denmark's most popular holiday towns. Here are cobblestone-paved, winding and narrow streets and crooked old houses, including the small town hall, which is probably the most charming of its kind in Denmark.
The town is beautifully situated on a hill down to Ebeltoft Bay and offers many good restaurants, Fregatten Jylland, a fantastic glass museum and a lovely and cosy cultural house "Maltfabrikken".
Not far from here is Djurs Sommerland with over 60 attractions. Visit Randers Rainforest, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, Ree Safari Park or Kattegatcentret in Grenå. The beautiful nature around also invites fantastic cycling or hiking trips.
Visit for example "Tre Høje" in Mols Mountains and Kalø Castle Ruins or visit Ebeltoft Golf Club, which is only a couple of kilometres from here.
