The house is located near the beach, a harbour town with the harbour town's fish and coffee bar, Olgas café, pop-up bakery, Birkemosegaard and near the ferry to/from Aarhus. In the morning, when you wake up, there is nothing more than a short dressing-gown distance down to the water, where a refreshing dip or a lovely walk along the water awaits. After that, the wilderness bath awaits, where you can get lovely warmth in your body and peace in your soul. The house has been renovated with an extension and annex and now contains a large bedroom with a loft with space for 4 and a lovely insulated annex with space for 2 adults and 2 children. Space for 6 people in total. In addition, the house has a toilet with shower niche, functional kitchen and a cosy living room with wood-burning stove. There is plenty of summer house cosiness set up for you and your family no matter what you get up to. There is a lovely wooden terrace with sun most of the day as well as a covered area where outdoor life can be enjoyed despite a bit of rain or lower temperatures. The grounds are 1200 m2 with plenty of cosy corners and space for activities. There is a wilderness bath, swings, trampoline, summer house, bonfire area and various outdoor games. You can often see deer and hares running across the grounds in the early morning or evening hours. Olgas is 1 km from the summer house, Superbrugsen is in the Harbour Town (4 km) and Rema1000 in Lumsås (10 km) and if you need some action, both Rørvig harbour and Nykøbing Sj. are within 20-25 km. It takes an hour to get into central Copenhagen and 1 1/2 hours to Aarhus by ferry.
