The first thing that catches the eye here is the pool. Framed by a beautiful wooden terrace and completely screened off from neighbours. It is the heart of the holiday – a place for refreshing swims, lazy hours in the sun lounger and undisturbed peace under open sky.

The pool is directly connected to the house through the terrace, where the living room opens towards the sun. The horseshoe-shaped building creates shelter, so outdoor living can be enjoyed without disturbance. Here indoors and outdoors flow together naturally – and each day can be spent in harmony with the light. The pool is not heated, but reaches around 24 degrees in the summer half of the year. This cannot be guaranteed, however, as it depends on the weather.

Inside awaits 101 m² with three bedrooms and four sleeping places. One bedroom contains 2 single beds and the 2 other bedrooms each contain 1 single bed, which can each be extended to 140 wide. One room with 1 single bed does not have a closed door but a curtain. Two living rooms, both bright and furnished with comfortable furniture, provide space for togetherness and relaxation. Classic brick floors underline the house's special atmosphere.

Outside await several possibilities. The northwest-facing, covered terrace with grill invites evenings with good food and long conversations. The orangery creates an extra outdoor room, furnished for cosiness and with the possibility of extending the season, regardless of the weather.

Only 600 metres from the house lies the beach facing south towards Sejerø Bay – child-friendly and with a brand new bathing bridge. Here you can enjoy the day's last rays of sun and the sunset over the bay. If you go north instead, only 800 metres away, you meet the Kattegat and the sunrise over the sea – perfect for a morning dip or a fresh walk.

The whole of Odden is a true paradise for anglers. The area offers good spots for fishing directly from the coast, and fishing trips are also arranged for both beginners and experienced anglers.

At Odden Harbour it buzzes with life with small boats and freshly caught fish. Here you will find Odden Fisk, where people in high season stand in long queues to buy fresh fish and smoked goods directly from production. The place also contains a popular lunch and dinner restaurant, where you can enjoy dishes made from the day's catch with a view of the harbour.

Only 500 metres from the house, on Gnibenvej, lies the award-winning TIR Bakery – one of the area's most popular attractions. The bakery is built on a simple, but ambitious concept: baking with biodynamic, organic and freshly ground grain. In high season people queue already before opening to get their hands on the crispy sourdough breads and sweet temptations.

The area around Sjællands Odde offers great nature experiences. The unique Geopark Odsherred, Denmark's first UNESCO geopark, tells the story of the landscape created by the ice age and invites you on hiking and cycling trips through hills, beach meadows and coast.

A short trip into Odsherred offers galleries, local specialities and culture. It is all close by – but best experienced at a leisurely pace.
