There is a well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with 30 l. freezer capacity. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, which has a radio with Bluetooth speaker, Smart TV and 200 Mbit is available, so you can stream your own services. From the kitchen/living area there is access to a lovely covered terrace, where there is a grill and garden furniture available.

The holiday home accommodates up to six people distributed over two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively, and the last two sleeping places are located in the loft and are best suited for older children (6-12 years). There is a nice bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump that ensures a good indoor climate all year round. For the smallest there is both a high chair and a weekend bed. Please note that charging of electric cars is not permitted. There are 8 charging stations at Business College Syd in Mommark 1500 m from the house.

The holiday home is located in a lovely holiday area near Mommark. The beautiful nature invites you to hiking and cycling trips. A small cosy forest path leads down to the beach, where there is a bathing bridge.

The holiday home is located on a common area and towards the beach there is an additional large open area with grass, football pitch, bonfire site and a small playground.
