There are 6 sleeping places distributed with one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, which makes the house suitable for both families and smaller groups. All rooms are equipped with TV – in the living room and in the bedroom on the ground floor there is both satellite TV and smart TV, while the rooms on the first floor have ordinary TV. From the first floor you can glimpse the view of Hørup Hav and Dybbøl Mølle. On the ground floor you will find a practical guest toilet, a modern bathroom from 2025, kitchen, dining and TV room as well as a small back room with a wood-burning stove. In addition, there is a bedroom on the ground floor, so the house can be used without having to go up to the first floor – ideal for guests with slight mobility difficulties, although the house is not fully wheelchair accessible. The furnishings are functional and well thought out, so both short and longer holidays become pleasant and easy for everyone. With its location on Skovbyvej 35, the house has incredibly easy and quick access to all of Sydals. It is the ideal base for you who want to go on excursions, and there is plenty of space for both car and trailer. The location is especially practical for recreational fishermen and hunters, as you can drive to the area's best coastal stretches, forests and local shopping facilities within a few minutes. There is a large furnished, covered terrace, which may be used by smokers, as well as a greenhouse that has been converted into a cosy outdoor room, where smoking is NOT allowed. The grounds are idyllic with views over fields both in front and behind. Public transport is nearby, and there are shopping facilities approximately 4 km in both directions. The area is known for its beautiful nature and good conditions for outdoor activities.
