This well-appointed stone house of 120m2 was built in 2005 on a 1204m2 plot surrounded by beautiful nature in quiet surroundings. The house is located at the end of a dead-end road, so children can move about freely.

The house appears bright and welcoming with whitewashed, pressure-washed walls. There is a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. The house is modern and well-furnished with everything in inventory.

Large living room with large windows, which provides fantastic light. The living room is furnished with modern and nice furniture, combined with a dining area, and extends into the kitchen. The living room contains TV with channels from Stofa, DVD, CD and radio with surround sound.

In the large bright bathroom, where the light can be dimmed, a bubbling spa awaits. Through a glass door there is access to the house's sauna. In a smaller bathroom, a quick shower can also work wonders.

The kitchen is equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, major white goods (convection oven, glass ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), toaster, electric mixer, coffee maker and electric kettle.

From the kitchen there is access to a covered terrace paved with manor stone. The 40m2 south-facing terrace provides ample opportunity to be outside and enjoy the warmth. A terrace heater provides warmth well into the evening. On the terrace there is a huge solid wooden bench where meals can be enjoyed. A table and some chairs can however be moved out into the garden to better enjoy the evening sun.

Children can spend many hours playing in the large sandbox, swinging on the swings or playing in the covered play tower. The play tower consists of a slide, climbing wall and a steering wheel.

The area around Helberskov consists of unique nature filled with roe deer, pheasants, hares, squirrels and lots of birds. If you are lucky, many of these animals can be seen early in the morning from the window. If you enjoy fishing, this can be enjoyed either from the pier in Helberskov or from the edge of the sea towards the Kattegat. The finest child-friendly sandy beach is found near the holiday village of Øster Hurup, about 6 km from Helberskov.

You get a well-insulated house that retains heat well and can be used all year round. An air-to-water heat pump ensures extremely cheap heating of the house, both hot water and heating.

The house is wheelchair-friendly as there are no door steps (except for door steps at the entrances to the house) and all doors are 90cm wide.
