Hallebyhuset is a lovely holiday home located at Bjerge Sydstrand in a quiet area in Fredskoven with abundant wildlife.
The house is the last house on the road, where through-traffic is not possible. The house is situated next to our meadow of 5500 m2, which can be used freely. It is possible to fish in Hallebyåen, which however requires a state fishing license if you are between 18 and 64 years old (can be obtained online), and also requires permission from the owner (me). There is the possibility of using a canoe, with accompanying (legally required) life jackets.

The house is 100 m2 (was 71 m2, but has been extended with 2 bedrooms) located on a 2625 m2 vegetated plot, 8 sleeping places distributed across 4 rooms, sauna; shower and separate toilet both with underfloor heating, as well as a large, bright and lovely living room with wood-burning stove, where the kitchen is part of the living room.

There is access to a separate utility room via the lovely east-facing terrace. The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra refrigerator with integrated (smaller) freezer. There is a lovely south-facing terrace with access from the living room via a large sliding door.

There is a tool shed, where there are 6 – 7 bicycles in various sizes. The bicycles are of older date, but in usable condition. Since they are available for free use, there can be no complaints about the bicycles. It is a "use it or leave it" concept. In the garden there are two swings and a small slide for the youngest.

There is 500 metres to Bjerge Sydstrand which is known for its lovely sandy beach with clear water. The beach is very child-friendly, as there is no undertow, and the sandy bottom is only gently sloping. In addition to bathing, hiking and beach activities, there are also good opportunities for windsurfing, sailing and recreational fishing.
