Welcome to this cosy and well-maintained holiday home located on a quiet private road, just 200 m from one of Denmark's best sandy beaches This lovely holiday home has everything you could wish for in modern facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD & Wi-Fi). In the entrance you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen and at the same time have an overview of the dining area and the open living room with cosy sofa area, TV and wood-burning stove. In 2025 a beautiful wooden floor was laid in the open living room, giving the house an even more modern appearance. If you continue straight ahead you have access to 2 of the bedrooms, the third bedroom is located in the corner of the living room. In total there is room for 6 people in this holiday home. The bathroom is located "behind" the kitchen, where you will also find a small wardrobe for any extra clothing. The house is extremely well-maintained. It is not permitted to wear shoes indoors. Outdoors there is a cosy covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and grill. A perfect place to enjoy lovely summer days and evenings. The house also has a nice large green lawn for free play. In just under 20 minutes you can take a trip into Kalundborg and visit Dyrehøj Vineyard, Røsnæs Lighthouse or just soak up the cosy town atmosphere.
