The property has two good bedrooms with double beds and a large, modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower niche. The furnishings are charming with an open kitchen-living room connected to the lounge, where there is plenty of space for communal activities and relaxation after the day's activities. The lounge functions as the house's natural gathering point for meals, games and cosy evenings. There is also a sofa bed with two extra sleeping places.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle.

From the lounge there is direct access to a fantastic large wooden terrace of 90 m² and further out to a large, private and fenced garden where your dog can also enjoy itself. 1 dog is allowed. In the garden you will find, among other things, a cosy shelter with the possibility of overnight stays (air mattresses are available in the house) and a small bonfire area. All the terrace doors in the lounge can be opened fully, so indoor and outdoor life blend together.

Here you can enjoy sunny holiday days in quiet and private surroundings with barbecue evenings, relaxation in the lounge set or good conversations at the garden table. The garden invites both relaxation and play, and the house has several games for cosy hours outdoors. On the side of the house there is also an outdoor shower – perfect after a trip to the beach.

Shops and the market square are only 200 metres from the house and quickly become a natural part of your holiday. Marielyst Beach is just 800 metres away and has been voted Denmark's best bathing beach several times. The child-friendly beach is perfect for swimming, beach life and long walks along the dyke. The white sandy beach stretches for approximately 20 km and provides plenty of space for summer guests.

Public transport is only 100 metres from the house, and there is also the possibility of renting bicycles. On Marielyst Strandvej, approximately 200 metres away, are the supermarkets Rema 1000 and Netto. Here you will also find a bakery, restaurants, cafés, a large playground and local shops. The town also naturally offers several ice cream shops with delicious ice cream.

In the evening, many gather at Larsens Plads, where good food is served, and where the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy with the opportunity to enjoy a drink or a glass of wine.

The area also has many activities such as golf, mini golf, go-kart, paintball and bowling. Marielyst Golf Club is Denmark's southernmost golf course and offers an exciting 18-hole par-71 course as well as Pay & Play.

There is also the possibility of renting bicycles, ATVs and segways in the area. In summer, yoga is arranged on the beach, among other things, and there are various dance classes nearby.

In Bøtø you can visit farm shops or take a trip to the nature reserve. In summer, popular vintage car meetings are also held every Wednesday.
On the beach you will also find many water activities such as SUP, surfing, canoeing, kayaking and jet skis.
