Charming holiday home close to the beach – ideal for a family holiday
In the second row from the beach, this charming, older holiday home is located – only approx. 150 metres from the water – on a large, south-facing natural plot.

The house:
The holiday home is furnished with four separate bedrooms: Two rooms with double beds. Two rooms with single beds
One bedroom is particularly large and furnished with desk space and a screen for PlayStation and Chromecast.
There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing column as well as a smaller guest toilet.
Kitchen and living room are in open connection and form the house's natural living space. The living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove, sofa, TV with Chromecast and dining table with seating for up to 8 people. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace.
The house is of older date and has undergone, and continues to undergo, modernisations, and the age of the house will be noticeable. It is personally furnished, as it is our second home, and we therefore hope that you will take good care of both the house and the furnishings during your stay.

Important to note:
Smoking is not permitted in the house – neither e-cigarettes nor vapes
Rental to youth groups is not permitted
Parties are not permitted
There is a floor plan among the pictures.
Opening between hallway and kitchen/living room is only 60 cm wide.
Carport and workshop are not accessible to guests.

Parking:
There is a courtyard with space for one car. Smaller cars can also be parked on the east side of the house, as long as there is free passage to residents at no. 99D.

Garden:
The house is located on a large, south-facing natural plot with a large covered terrace, furnished with lounge area, dining table and grill. The garden is fenced, but there may be minor openings in the fence. Please be aware if you bring a dog, which may have a tendency to roam.

Activities and experiences:
The beach and water are the area's greatest attraction. In addition, there are good opportunities for walking, running and cycling trips on the dyke, as well as in Bøtøskoven, which is located approx. 3.5 km south of the house.
In the local area there are also, among other things, padel courts, mini golf, footgolf, 18-hole golf course, go-kart, fishing pond, bowling and a fantastic bird reserve – all within a short driving distance.

Shopping and dining:
Larger grocery stores (Netto and Rema), butcher (Schou's), shops and restaurants are located at Larsens Plads in Marielyst, approx. 2 km north of the house.
A smaller supermarket (Min Købmand) is approx. 10 minutes' walk from the house and sells, among other things, morning bread all year round.
In addition, there is a bakery approx. 5 minutes' walk from the house (Bøtø Møllevej 1B), which is open in high season.

Electric car charging:
It is not possible to charge an electric car at the house, and charging via so-called grandmother charger is not permitted.
