Welcome to this cozy home that perfectly combines modern conveniences with charming details. The house offers four well-appointed bedrooms - three with double beds and one with a single bed, making it ideal for both families and friends. There is also a Daybed in the living room.

At the heart of the house you will find a spacious and bright open living room/kitchen solution, recently renovated with modern facilities. The kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs, and in the living room a cozy wood-burning stove provides warmth and atmosphere on cool days. (firewood is NOT included in the rental). All bedrooms have radiators that ensure comfortable heating year-round.

There is a newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and there is the option to connect Chromecast so you can enjoy your favourite series and films (remember your own login to streaming services + Chromecast).

Outside, a large terrace opens up endless possibilities for relaxation and entertainment, regardless of the weather, with both covered and open areas. Prepare delicious meals on the grill, which supports both gas and charcoal, and enjoy various games available for both indoors and outdoors, including board games, BOB games, petanque, cornhole, basketball, ladder golf and football. In addition, there is a wilderness bath (fibreglass) with massage jets and an outdoor shower (cold water).
There is also the option to charge your electric car, as there is a charging station in the carport.

The house's location is ideal for nature lovers, only 800 metres from the water and with easy access to a network of trail systems that are perfect for hiking or cycling - Nearby you will also find a local farm shop offering fresh produce.

Firewood is not included in the stay, this can be purchased in several places in town.
During the winter period the house will not necessarily be heated upon arrival.
The grounds are fenced and closed all the way around.
