Beautiful, large pool holiday home - in the middle of Marielyst yet in peaceful and quiet surroundings and also close to the famous Marielyst Beach. You are welcome to bring your dog on holiday here.

The house's wellness section has an indoor swimming pool with opportunities for play and cosy gatherings. The swimming pool measures up to 3 m in width, 6.6 m in length and is up to 1.4 m deep. The water is between 24 and 28° C warm. There is also a sauna where you can relax and enjoy the heat and a hot tub spa with space for 5 people.

The house has space for 12 people + possibly a small child (under 3 years). It is bright and pleasantly furnished and equipped with an energy-saving heat pump. Lovely living room with good dining area and a high chair as well as a large corner sofa and wood-burning stove, 3 TVs, radio, stereo system and CD player. There are Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German and English channels. Of course there is also wireless internet available.

The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher

The house has 2 bathrooms with toilet, shower cubicle and underfloor heating. There is both a washing machine and tumble dryer. Good for wet towels after a day at the beach.

There are 5 good bedrooms with double beds and a loft with two mattresses as well as a child's bed.

The house is situated on a lovely, large natural plot of approx. 1700 m2. There is a total of 40 m2 of terrace area and a covered terrace of 16 m2, where you can enjoy your holiday evenings in front of the cosy outdoor fireplace. There is a grill available.

The house is only 200 metres from Larsens Plads, so the children can run down themselves and buy ice cream or perhaps a beach ball.

There is a tool shed as well as a swing and sandbox for the children. Parking on the grounds.
