This summer house from 2024 accommodates up to ten people and features four separate bedrooms and a loft. The property is 112 m² and fully insulated year-round, so it is comfortable throughout the year. The large living area combines living room, dining area and kitchen in one open and functional space.

The house is bright and modern, and has internet and a heat pump. There is plenty of space for shared cooking, game nights and relaxation – whether for one large family or two travelling together. The large terrace is a natural extension of the living area and invites outdoor living.

Outside awaits a luxury hot tub with a capacity of 1400 liters. Up to six people can enjoy warm baths under the open sky, both summer and winter. The area around the house is quiet and manageable – ideal for both relaxation and play.

The beach is approximately 1300 meters away. There is shallow water, wide sandy beaches and dunes where you can find shelter. Perfect for swimming, sunshine, picnics and walks. The beach is also popular with windsurfers and kayakers, and the view is open to the horizon.

The area around Marielyst is a classic holiday destination with everything you need within walking and cycling distance. There is mini golf, go-kart, golf course, bowling, escape room, bike rental, restaurants and shops. In summer there is activity in the square and many small activities for children.

Nature, sea and experiences are nearby. Take a trip to Bøtø Forest or watch birds in the nature reserve. Visit local farm shops, have ice cream in the square or find a quiet spot in the forest. There are opportunities for both peace and activity, depending on your mood.
The largest commercial town on Falster is only 15 km from the summer house with shops, activities and natural areas.
