In the living room awaits a cosy sofa area with comfortable sofas, TV with streaming option (Chromecast) and fibre internet with Wi-Fi.

The house has 2 bedrooms with respectively 1 double bed of 140 cm and one of 180 cm as well as 1 bathroom fitted with toilet and shower cubicle. In the annex there are 2 rooms, one of which has a pull-out bed and the other with a 120 cm bed.

If you feel like it, there are various garden and board games in the house as well as bicycles, which are available for free use.

Outside awaits you a cosy partially covered wooden terrace with grill and garden furniture as well as a lovely garden with space for various outdoor activities.

There is parking at the holiday home.

With a holiday in this holiday home you are close to both Marielyst Strand, Bøtø Nature Park and the Bird Sanctuary. There is approximately 5 km to Marielyst Torv, 600m to one of Denmark's best beaches, 2500m to the nearest shop and cosy restaurants as well as 3500 m to an 18-hole golf course.
