The summer house offers a total of 50 beautiful square meters and also has an annex of 15 m2.

As soon as you step inside, you are met with a cozy and homely atmosphere that invites relaxation and wonderful family moments.

The house's kitchen is bright and functional and is located in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with small freezer, cooker with fan oven and dishwasher.

In the living room awaits a cozy sofa area with comfortable sofas, TV with streaming option (Chromecast) and fiber internet with Wi-Fi.

The house has 2 bedrooms with respectively 1 double bed of 140 cm and one of 180 cm as well as 1 bathroom fitted with toilet and shower cubicle. In the annex there are 2 rooms, one of which has a pull-out bed and the other with a 120 cm bed.

If you feel like it, there are various garden and board games in the house as well as bicycles, which are available for free use.

Outdoors awaits you a cozy partially covered wooden terrace with grill and garden furniture as well as a lovely garden with space for various outdoor activities.

There is parking at the summer house.

With a holiday in this summer house you are close to both Marielyst Strand, Bøtø Nature Park and the Bird Sanctuary. There is approximately 5 km to Marielyst Torv, 600m to one of Denmark's best beaches, 2500m to the nearest grocery store and cozy restaurants as well as 3500 m to an 18-hole golf course.
