The house is 60 m2 with three bedrooms and six sleeping places. The layout is simple and functional, so everyone gets peace. Kitchen and living room bring the family together for games, cooking and chat after the beach.

Outside awaits the garden, a large covered terrace with red-checked tablecloth and a cosy outdoor bath for clear nights. The hammock invites you to rest. Two small "huts" give teenagers freedom. Here is room for cosiness – from morning coffee to grilling at sunset.

You live close to nature. Listen to the birdsong from early morning, and spot deer in the garden as day falls. Simplicity does good: read a book, play yatzy, bake pancakes – and let the holiday pace find its own quiet rhythm.

The area is known for a wide, child-friendly sandy beach with dunes and shallow water. There are good cycling paths, beach promenade with ice cream, cafés and mini golf, as well as activities such as kite and windsurfing. Nature trails lead to Bøtø Nor and forest, where you can meet grazing horses and rich birdlife. Bathing piers, beach games and sunsets in the dunes.

Excursions are easy: Marielyst Torv offers markets and small shops, Gedser Odde gives wide horizons and stony beaches, and Nykøbing Falster has museum, zoo and pleasant streets. Golf, go-kart and playgrounds are nearby. All within easy reach of the house. Cafés, smokery and local farm shops offer flavour.
