This charming holiday home from 2023 contains 80 well-utilised square metres with space for six people distributed across three bedrooms. In addition, there is the possibility of extra beds in alcoves or lofts – perfect for children or visiting guests.

The living room has a heat pump, so comfort is assured year-round. From here there is an open connection to the dining area and kitchen, which is practically arranged for holiday living.

The house is situated on a 1279 m² large open natural plot, and here you will find good facilities for the whole family. There is direct access to the lovely large terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the good weather. In the garden you will find a trampoline, football goal and nets for volleyball and badminton – including balls and rackets, so the garden invites both activity and relaxation.

With only 1,200 metres to the beach there are plenty of opportunities for trips to the water, regardless of season. After a dip, the evening can be rounded off in the cosy living room with a game or streaming via the house's internet.

The location provides easy access to some of Falster's most sought-after holiday experiences. The bathing beach in Marielyst is known for its soft sand and child-friendly water.

The area also offers many excursion destinations: spend a day at Knuthenborg Safari Park, explore the Medieval Centre, or visit a local farm shop. For the active there are cycling routes and walking trails through forest and open countryside.

In the evening you can retreat to the garden and enjoy the peace – perhaps with a ball game at sunset or a quiet moment in the alcove. Here the scene is set for togetherness and holiday at your own pace.
