Newer house (2018) with a very special elevated location, and fantastic views. The house is located in Femmøller/Mols Bjerge and can accommodate 8 people. There are three double bedrooms with double beds. In the activity room there is a 2-person sofa bed (pulls out from sofa - can also be used as a regular sofa), and there is also a large loft with mattresses for two people, where smaller children can also play around. The house is 146 m2, has underfloor heating and a heat pump. In addition to being located in the middle of outstanding nature, the house is fully equipped for the perfect holiday. There is an open kitchen connected to the large living room, which has, among other things, a wood-burning stove. There is TV with both Danish and international channels, and of course there is internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher etc. A Quooker has been installed at the kitchen sink – so in addition to drawing cold/hot water from the tap, you can also draw water at 100 degrees from the same tap. There are several terraces outside where you can sit and relax and enjoy the completely unique views. On the open terrace of 15 m2 there is an awning with motorised drive. Adjacent to this terrace is a shelter with space for 4 people. There are of course also garden furniture and a grill, a large, portable fire bowl and a Morsø pizza oven. If you feel like spending the night outside and getting closer to nature, there is a shelter (very close to the house) by the west terrace with fine views towards the east. In the house there are two bathrooms with underfloor heating, and in one of them there is a two-person spa, which offers the opportunity for lovely relaxation and togetherness. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, if you prefer to enjoy the fresh air in combination with your shower. Whether you are into relaxation in the spa or by the wood-burning stove with fantastic views, or you are into a more active holiday, this house is for you. In the activity room there is both a PlayStation 5, table tennis, TV, darts and boules. There are many things to see in Ebeltoft and the surrounding area. The Frigate Jylland, The Old Town Hall, the cosy town centre, the glass museum and Ree Safari Park. For children and the young at heart, a trip to Djurs Sommerland can also be recommended. You can also go on a hiking trip on the Mols Bjerge trail, which is a 60 km hiking trail, certified as Leading Quality Trail - Best of Europe. This means that the hiking experience is of high quality with major natural and cultural historical attractions along the way. The trail is divided into three day stages of approximately 20 km each. The Kalø stage, the Bjerg stage and the Ebeltoft stage. The Mols Bjerge trail is connected by bus line 123, so it is easy to get back to your starting point.
