It is not a new house, but it is a nice place to be. The house has a warm atmosphere. The comfortable living room has a wood-burning stove that creates a cosy mood, while an air/air heat pump ensures a pleasant temperature all year round. From the living room there is access to an unobstructed terrace and a garden with large trees and a lawn, which is suitable for ball games, play and the like. There is only about 400 m walk to Fjellerup's beautiful bathing beach and two large ice houses. The large plot offers opportunities for play and outdoor activities. Children can play freely while adults enjoy the sun or grill on the terrace. The area is filled with scenic beaches and beautiful walking trails. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the clear waters of the coast. Nearby shops and restaurants make it easy to experience the local area. Go on bike rides or walks and explore the scenic surroundings. Fjellerup Strand is a large summer house area in Norddjurs municipality. There is approximately 10 km to Bønnerup, 20 km to Grenaa and a short drive to attractions such as: Djurs Sommerland, Randers Rainforest, Kattegatcenteret, Ree Park Safari and Scandinavian Zoo.
